In this video I build a 4 move sequence ideal for the novice or beginner Capoeirista or someone looking for a Capoeira style workout. Don’t forget the key to improvement is repetition so as you learn each move and transition it would be wise to pause and repeat each section at least 10-20 times each, then working all 4 movements in sequence till you feel completely confident.
